Questions about pricing
Is there a minimum volume?
No. We price per transaction, so a quiet month costs you a quiet month. There is no floor and no annual commitment.
What happens to refunded donations?
The transaction fee is not returned, because the scheme charges us either way. A separate refund fee of €2 will also be charged on top.
Do you charge per donor or per transaction?
Per transaction. A monthly donor giving twelve times costs twelve direct debit fees, not a per-donor licence.
Can we switch payment methods later?
Yes, at any time and without a change fee. Adding a method takes effect the same day.
